JengaRight gives you access to a wide range of house plans; with numerous features available at no extra fee. You get to view house plan images, dimensions, floor plans and in some cases even the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) before purchasing the plan.
Purchasing gives you access to the drawings and structural plans as well as any extra features such as pre-approvals where available.
You can view and save some as favorites for reference or even to be attached to your project later.

Here is where you start building. You add whatever you're planning to build as a project; providing key details such as when you want to start, when you hope to finish, where you are building it (helps in sourcing nearby suppliers), attach a house plan (for copying BOQ) and the system will guide you on the next steps.
Over time, you will be able to provide related information such as the BoQ (if not available on the chosen plan), costs, progress pictures, tasks being carried out, etc, and you can easily view a printable project breakdown.

Bill of Quantities - estimated construction costs for the entire project. JengaRight has various house plans that come with ready to use BoQs and where not available, you can easily add a BoQ to your project, alongside the various construction stages.
With these, you will be able to plan and then monitor how your actual costs compare to the estimate hence be able to determine what adjustments need to made for the project to become a success.

You can register and also source for suppliers from within JengaRight. These fall under all key construction categories among them engineering, plumbing, electrical, masonry, landscaping, roofing, etc
A rating system guides you on the best suppliers to work with as they're rated by actual developers based on involvement in their projects. Once one has suppliers attached to their project and upon completion of a couple of key stages, one is able to review the supplier. In special cases we also validate the reviews to maintain integrity on the system.
